Refund policy

 

Damaged or stolen items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged during TRANSIT or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with any damages or issues. 

Items damaged after reception will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Replacement not guaranteed.

I strive to keep all of my customers happy, and replacement is not guaranteed and will be decided on case to case basis.
