Terms of Service
By placing an order with our business, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Custom & Handmade Items
All items are custom-made and/or handmade. Because of the personalized nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are considered normal.
Sales Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS or the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or missing packages marked as delivered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
USPS Claims
If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must file a claim directly with USPS or the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide tracking information and shipping documentation if needed.
Processing Times
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customizations, live sales, holidays, or supply availability. Estimated processing times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback for a delivered custom item without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in refusal of future service. Tracking information, delivery confirmation, and order documentation will be provided as evidence for disputed transactions.
Product Care
Customers are responsible for properly caring for handmade/custom products. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental drops, water exposure, heat exposure, or normal wear and tear.
Agreement
By purchasing from our business, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
