Shipping Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been shipped.
Once a package has been dropped off and scanned by USPS, it is officially out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If there is an issue with your delivery, including packages marked “Delivered” that cannot be located, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with USPS. We are happy to provide tracking information and any necessary shipping documentation to assist with the claim process.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that shipping carrier issues must be resolved through USPS.
